Raised back east, it wasn’t until I first ventured into the High Sierra backcountry in 2014 that I finally felt at home.

Unwilling—and perhaps unable—to stay away, I am now a backcountry photographer and wilderness ranger based in Portland, Oregon and Mount Rainier National Park.
